Hi! I’m a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Imagen Technologies. My interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and healthcare.
If you want to talk about technology, machine learning, medical imaging or global health, feel free to email me.
Developing deep learning based methods for the detection of fractures from X-ray images using PyTorch. Designing and managing radiology research studies.
Implemented the pre-processing pipeline and deep learning algorithms for segmentation and detection of ventricles in cardiac MRI scans using Keras. Formulated new network architectures for the task of domain adaptation of large scale datasets.
Investigated and isolated the root cause of defective behaviors in mission critical systems through which hundreds of dollars were spent hourly using Python, PHP, SQL, Hadoop. Delivered more than 15 trainings in 6 months to external clients and newer colleagues across 3 continents.
Developed an abundance mapping of different samples of de Bruijn graphs obtained by assembling large volumes of high throughput sequencing data in C++.
Programmed in Java for developing the compliance module of a low latency, high volume order management system.
